Through discussions and practical exercises with our experienced instructors, you will learn how to examine your environment from a professional's perspective. Performance-Based Practical Training: The core of the PADI course is "flexibility" and "performance." You will hone 24 fundamental underwater skills to "demonstration level" and assist instructors in actual open water courses, proving that you can effectively supervise students, handle complex sea conditions, and remain calm under pressure.

Participant Qualification

Before the course begins

  • Required licenses and permits: Holding a Advanced Open Water (AOW) certification
  • Holding a PADI Rescue Diver certification
  • Complete EFR (Emergency First Response) training within 24 months.
  • Diving record: Applicants must have a record of 40 dives (*Or 20 dives + Pre-DM training) at the time of registration.
  • Health status: A health declaration form for divers, signed by a doctor and issued within the last 12 months, is required.
  • Personal Equipment: DM candidates must possess a full set of professional diving equipment for personal use.

Course Syllabus

Direct Entry Course (40+ Dive Log)

  • Target audience: Individuals who already possess a Rescue certification and have 40+ dive experience, and are ready to enter the professional field.
  • Course highlights: PADI professional skills assessment, store operation internship, and high-quality dive guide and photography practice.

Pre-DMT Experience Course (20+ Dive Log)

  • Target audience: Those who already have a Rescue certification but have limited experience (20 or more dives) or need to improve their neutral buoyancy.
  • Course focus: The initial phase emphasizes accumulating 20 dives of experience and stabilizing underwater techniques to lay a solid foundation for entering the formal DM course.

A. Knowledge Development

  • Complete the 9 chapters of online e-Learning theory learning
  • Pass the DM final exam.
  • Develop a customized Emergency Assistance Plan (EAP) for local dive sites (such as the Blue Hole).

B. Waterskills and Endurance Tests

  • Physical fitness test: 400-meter swim, 800-meter snorkeling, 15-minute treading water test, 100-meter fatigue diver towing test.
  • Professional Challenge: Underwater Equipment Exchange Practice
  • Rescue Assessment: Demonstrating High-Quality Drowning Diver Rescue Techniques
  • 24 Demonstrations: Demonstration Quality Reaching "Coach Level"

C. Hands-on Workshops

  • Reactivate: Guiding guests who haven't dived in a long time to refresh their skills.
  • Snorkeling Instructor: Professional snorkeling tour leading techniques (including practical snorkeling photography skills)
  • Introductory Diving (DSD): Assisting instructors with safety maintenance during introductory dives.
  • Search and Retrieval: Simulate searching for lost items and operating a lifting bag.

D. Internship and On-site Assessment (Practical Application)

  • Diving Briefing: Learning to Provide Professional Dive Site Presentations to Guests of Different Nationalities
  • Map drawing: Create a professional-quality dive guide map.
  • Teaching assistance: Actual role as an assistant instructor in OWD or AOW courses.

Fee does not include

  • Living expenses are the responsibility of the individual : round-trip transportation, food and accommodation, and personal diving equipment.

What do I need to bring?

  1. Swimsuit (it is recommended to wear your swimsuit under your regular clothes before the meeting).

  4. One passport photo ( any size, digital version is also acceptable).
  5. Please bring your own anti-dizziness medication if needed.
  6. Full set of professional diving equipment for personal use

Please note

  • Professional Level Assessment: Divemaster courses require achieving the PADI Demonstration Level standard. If a student fails to meet the assessment standard within the recommended course time, additional training days or dives will be required. Additional instruction fees or dive fees will be charged as appropriate (the cost will be quoted separately based on the actual additional items).
  • * Do not fly within 18 hours after diving.
  • When making a reservation, please accurately enter the English names, heights, weights, shoe sizes, and the mobile phone number of the representative for all participants. Submit your size information .
  • Those with circulatory/respiratory disorders, high blood pressure, otitis media, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disease, pregnant women, or those who have consumed excessive alcohol the day before or on the day of the trip are prohibited from participating in this tour.
  • Please confirm that you have read and agree to the Cancellation and Refund policy .
  • All activities have a minimum group size requirement. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the activity can still be booked, but a minimum group surcharge of ¥3,000 or more per dive may apply. This surcharge will be automatically waived if other guests join the same time slot, bringing the total number of participants to the required level . The final payment will be settled on the day of the activity based on the final number of participants.
  • Contact lenses may be lost in water, so it is recommended to wear daily disposable contact lenses.
  • The instructors will take photos of travelers free of charge, provided it is safe to do so, and a download link will be provided after the event.
  • Our store may use photos from the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish us to use your photos, please inform the instructor before the event.
