Cancellation of appointment due to ineligibility
If you are unable to participate in the event on the day of the event due to personal factors that were not notified in advance (such as health conditions, not meeting age or technical requirements, etc.), this will be considered a "cancellation on the day". In this case, no refund will be given.
Example: "For example, if you answer 'yes' to any of the questions on the 'Health Checklist', you are not eligible to join our tour. If you are unable to join the tour on that day for this reason, no refund will be given.
Why no refund?
After you confirm your reservation, we immediately start a series of preparations, including:
- Human resources arrangement: We have reserved the required staff or exclusive coaches for you to ensure that you get the best service experience.
- Equipment preparation: We have prepared relevant diving equipment, transportation, and even weather preparedness in advance.
- Itinerary arrangement: According to your itinerary, the coach will plan the diving location and route in advance, and even observe the weather and tide of the day in advance.
This means that once you cancel your reservation, it will be difficult for us to immediately recover the resources we have invested, resulting in substantial losses. Moreover, it is difficult for us to find other customers to fill the vacancies in a short period of time, which has a huge impact on our small shop.
Therefore, to protect our rights and interests and those of other guests, we must implement a non-refund policy. At the same time, we hope that you can fully understand and carefully evaluate your own situation before booking to ensure that you can participate in the trip smoothly.
