Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy. This cancellation policy outlines how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you selected. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel your subscription at any time via the link in your order confirmation email. For more details on returns and refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Pre-orders When you purchase a pre-order item, you are buying a product that is currently out of stock or soon-to-be-released. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and charge the full or remaining balance at a later date. You can cancel pre-orders that have been partially paid but not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a refund according to our Refund Policy.
Try Before You Buy For try-before-you-buy items, we authorize your payment method before the order ships. You will have a set period to decide whether to keep the item. If you do not return the item within that period, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.
