What do I need to bring?

1. ID photo (electronic file is also acceptable)

Please note

• Applying for a PADI Rescue Diver License requires an EFR license. You do not need to apply for EFR if you already have a first aid license equivalent to EFR that is valid for two years (including CPR, AED, secondary rescue, ex: Red Letter First Aider).
• * It is prohibited to fly within 18 hours after diving
• When booking, please enter the English name, height, weight, shoe size, representative’s mobile phone number, etc. of all participants accurately. Submit your Size Information.
• People with circulatory/respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disease, pregnant women, and those who drank too much the day before/that day are prohibited from participating in this trip.
• Please be sure to read and confirm the health checklist.
• By completing your booking, you acknowledge and accept our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
• Contact lenses may be lost in water, so it is recommended to wear daily disposable contact lenses.
• The coach will take 5-10 free photos for tourists as souvenirs under safe conditions. After the event, a download link will be provided for download.
• Our store provides a waterproof camera rental service for 3,500 yen per unit (including memory card). Passengers can rent the camera to take pictures by themselves. A download link will be provided after the event. Since the number of cameras is limited, please book when making a reservation if necessary. Or you can bring your own waterproof camera.
• If the weather conditions are not as good as expected, considering the safety of guests, Captain may change the dive site to Coral Farm (Yamada) according to the weather conditions.
• It is recommended come 10-15 minutes earlier. In order to avoid shortening the activity launching time due to lateness.
• If you are late for 20 minutes or more, our store reserves the right to cancel the event and make no refund.
• If only minors are participating, a guardian will need to sign a consent form to participate.
• Children under 11 years old are not allowed to participate alone.
• Elderly persons aged 60 or above must obtain an original medical certificate before participating.
• Our store may use photos from the event for promotional purposes. If you do not want us to use your photos, please inform the instructor before the event.
