1. Professional Liability Coverage 🛡️
Creating a professional, safe, and protected environment for every guest.
We adhere to high standards of professional operational guidelines, providing strong backing for every activity you participate in. Our operations are covered by a maximum liability limit of €1,500,000 per incident.
How We Protect You:
- Led by Professional Instructors: You will be led by a team of up to 8 certified professional instructors. Our coverage extends to all teaching, advice, and supervision responsibilities provided by the team.
- Venue and Activity Safety: We provide public liability coverage for accidental injury or property damage that may occur within the dive center premises or during organized diving activities.
- Equipment and Gas Safety: We ensure that the standard diving equipment provided and the breathing gases supplied (including compressor operation) comply with safety liability regulations.
- Coverage Between Participants: Our coverage even extends to accidental injuries inadvertently caused between participants in activities organized by us.
2. Our Student Accident Coverage Commitment 🎓
Providing exclusive protection for you who learn to dive with us.
We are committed to ensuring every student feels secure from their first breath underwater. All entry-level students are automatically covered by specialized diving accident protection during their training, at no additional cost.
Who is Covered?
- Try Dive / Discover Scuba Dive / DSD Students: Activities within 12 meters of depth are covered.
- Beginner Course Students: Students participating in Open Water or equivalent courses are covered within 18 meters of depth.
- Snorkeling Participants: All guests participating in our guided snorkeling activities.
Please note: This automatic coverage only applies to "entry-level" training. Students taking Advanced Open Water (AOW) or higher-level courses are considered certified divers; please refer to Section 3.
Your Coverage Items (Total limit up to €10,000)
In the unfortunate event of a diving accident during the course, we ensure you receive immediate support for the following:
- Emergency Medical Services: Up to €10,000 for emergency medical care and physician consultations.
- Professional Diving Chamber Treatment: Up to €10,000 for necessary hyperbaric oxygen chamber/decompression treatment costs.
- Search and Rescue: Up to €10,000 for search and rescue operations initiated by official authorities (coast guard/police).
- Emergency Repatriation: Up to €10,000 for emergency transportation back to your home country or place of origin.
- Additional Accommodation and Meals: If immediate flight is not advisable due to medical advice after an accident, up to €5,000 for additional transportation and accommodation support.
- Accident Compensation: A fixed compensation of €6,000 for permanent total disability or death.
Note: All claims must comply with the safety guidelines of authoritative diving organizations such as PADI and SSI. Certified divers are advised to purchase their own personal diving accident insurance.
3. Certified Diver Coverage [Optional Add-on] 🧭 Coming Soon
Providing flexible accident coverage for our certified guests.
While our professional liability insurance covers all guests, we strongly recommend that certified divers hold dedicated diving accident insurance. For guests who are currently uninsured, we offer the option to purchase short-term or annual diving accident insurance directly through our center.
