2026 Okinawa Diving Club Recruitment | DayDayGoodDays

Evolving through expertise, living within a team: Seeking partners who love the ocean.

At Day Day Good Days, we reject the "dive factory" model. We focus on the experience of every guest and the growth of every partner. We are looking for someone like us who is passionate about underwater photography and professional instruction.

Day Day Good Days cordially invites passionate individuals who value teamwork and quality of life. We are committed to creating a supportive, transparent, and dynamic work environment where you can reap high rewards during the busy summer and enjoy more personal time during the off-season.

🌟 Why choose us?

  1. Exceptional team atmosphere and supportive culture: We pride ourselves on our **"Never abandon your teammates"** team spirit. Whether it's the busy task of preparing gas cylinders or handling complex customer relationships, you're never alone. We share experiences, encourage each other, and maintain smiles and enthusiasm even amidst the busyness.
  2. True quality of life: We do not force you to stay in the same accommodations. We offer a ¥30,000 accommodation allowance to give you your own private space, or the company can assist in arranging your accommodation.
  3. Professional Technical Guidance: We teach you how to capture the "Blue Light of the Cave" and professional-quality video footage. Here, your title is not just instructor, but also underwater photographer.
  4. Diversified income structure: In addition to a base salary, we offer a transparent commission system (photography, itinerary introduction, equipment sales), so every bit of your expertise and initiative is valuable.
  5. Avoid unnecessary exertion: While physical labor is unavoidable during the busy summer, we reduce unnecessary exertion for our employees by optimizing processes (such as professional division of labor), allowing you to focus on your diving guidance and photography expertise.
  6. The more you work, the more you earn: The busy peak season will directly impact your tour commissions and photography bonuses. During the busiest season, we guarantee your hard work will be rewarded with correspondingly high income.
  7. Upholding safety as our bottom line: No matter how busy we are, we will never sacrifice safety. We strictly adhere to diving safety regulations within our facility, ensuring that every member performs tasks within their physical limits.
  8. Highly Effective Team Collaboration: We value process optimization and reject chaotic busyness. Through team synergy and reasonable task allocation, we ensure you can maintain professional performance even under heavy workloads.
  9. Career conversion opportunity: For outstanding performers, the company will sponsor a formal work visa to support your long-term development in Japan.

📍 Application Requirements

  • Those with basic communication skills in Cantonese and another language such as English, Mandarin or Japanese will be given priority.
  • Holds a valid visa that allows you to work legally in Japan.
  • 1.5-month probationary period: To ensure that our philosophies align and that we jointly pursue professional excellence.

🌟 Work-Life Balance

We understand the physical demands of diving professionals, therefore we offer a clear and flexible leave system:

  • Fixed weekend: One fixed day off per week.
  • Nature's Holiday: If it is impossible to go out to sea due to bad weather or sea conditions, all front-line staff will take a holiday to recharge.
  • Off-peak half-day break: If there are fewer reservations during the off-peak season, you can flexibly arrange a half-day break to explore the beautiful scenery of Okinawa.
  • Winter long holidays: Flexible long holidays are offered during the off-season, making it convenient to return home to visit relatives or travel abroad.
